What is a CMS?
A CMS is a Content Management System; simply put, it lets you easily manage the content on your website. You don't need any programming knowledge or experience building a website with Try2CMS - we did all that for you. Our job is to deliver an easy method to create and manage a website to you; your job is to enjoy it.

How does this CMS work?
We created an easy, browser-based system for you to seamlessly change your website as you see fit. You don't have to hire programmers to do your work for you, you don't need to spend time learning how to make websites; you just need to make your changes with plain and simple text.

What is being done to boost performance?
We included a caching system that allows you to make changes to your site without the public seeing them until you hit an Update button. As well, it eliminates a lot of database access that takes up resources and makes your website slow to access. In addition, all website information is stored in an optimized, secure database.

What software do I need to work with your products?
In order to edit your template using are custome CMS managing tool, you must have the most recent version of a browser. This includes Internet Explorer 8, Firefox 3.X, Safrie 4, Opera 9.X and Google Chrome. We also support any brower wich is standard complient to XHTML 1.0 and CSS 2.0.

How often do you add new products?
We try to add new products on a weekly basis.

How do I sign up for the system?
Click on the "Create Account" button at the top of this site, and follow the instructions from there.

Do I have to pay for this service?
Yes and no; we offer free, 30-day trial accounts for you to give our service a test-run. At the end of the trial period, however, you must either sign up as a paying user, or give up your account.

Are there diffrent methods of payment?
Yes; there are two types of payment: Personal, and Business. Business accounts will recieve full tech support at a monthly rate of $25.00(CAN). Personal accounts will recieve tech support upon request, at a larger rate.

How do I track my payment?
Log in to this site via the username and password fields at the top right. You will be brought to your user page. You can view and track your payments there.

Do I need to provide an link back or acknowledgement to when I use your products?
No. However, while we do not require any recognition to, we would be more than happy if you would like to promote the benefit you received from our site to others.

Is account sharing allowed?
Yes. Account sharing is allowed and their is functionality wich supports having multiple administration accounts to one site. Keep in mind that even if you share your account with others, you only get 1 website per account. If your friend or family which to have their own site, they will need to create their own account with Try2CMS.

What is E-comm?
E-comm means E-commerce. This refers to selling products or services over the internet.

Can Try2CMS perform E-comm?
Yes; Try2CMS has an E-commerce module built in that allows you to manage an online store, with individual products, highly customizable display, and PayPal integration.

Are there any limits on the E-comm functionality?
No; any template can use the E-comm system. You can create as many products or store pages as you like, and change any content you put in with a few clicks and keystrokes.

When I register, do I get a domain?
When you register, you are given as a domain. You can purchase a domain and contact us about it if you want your own special domain, or you can contact us with an already existing domain that you own.
